Sept 9 program meeting where
we will draw a winner.
You can make the pattern
from 3 1/2" square and
half-sqare triangles, or
(for a easier method) you
can group the colors
(pictured below) and cut
larger pieces. Make the
red boat by sewing blue
magic corners to look like
half-square triangles.
Sew the sail onto one big
block of lt. blue, instead of
the numerous small
squares shown. Cut one
wide pice of water 3 1/2 x
12 1/2". Ask Carolyn
Sadler for exact
instructions. This block is
a lot of fun and quick to
sew. I added a flag to
